The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to develop an integrated plan, consistent with the parameters set forth by the Environmental Protection Agency.  Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph until 4:00 P.M. on June 24, 2022.
