The Water Protection plant is staffed around the clock. However, with the exception of holidays, the office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

You may contact the Water Protection plant during normal office hours by calling (816) 271-4693 or by faxing (816) 238-8701. If you need to contact us outside of normal office hours, you may call (816) 271-4746. In the event you do not get an answer, you may wish to try to call again or you may wish to call the dispatchers at (816) 271-4848 and request that they try to contact Water Protection plant personnel and leave a message.
