The Street Department assumes no responsibility for trees behind the curb or ditch. These must be maintained by the Property Owner. (see Permits)

The Street Department does however, trim trees where maintenance such as Micro Surfacing is scheduled to be done. Limbs are trimmed to the minimum height required by ordinance. (14 feet).

The Park Maintenance Department does maintain trees on some streets classified as Parkways. Streets such as Ashland Ave. and Noyes Blvd.
