A cave-in may be first noticed by a settled place in the pavement, or by a small hole which goes through the pavement. We first determine the problem by dye testing and televising the sewer line.

Once the problem is determined we take the appropriate action. If the problem is the Property Owners responsibility we notify them and explain what they must do.

If it’s the City's problem, the area is barricaded and it is placed on a list of repairs. If the area is a danger to the Traveling Public, it takes priority over other repairs, and is repaired as soon as possible. The other repairs are done in the order they were received.
