The
Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan
The St. Joseph MPO has been a staunch supporter of facility design that
incorporates bicycle and pedestrian uses. A direct outgrowth of this
notion has resulted in the development of an Urban Trail System by
the City of St. Joseph, but of more importance (because of the relative
size of the system) is the construction of new roadways that recognize
that citizens travel by means other than automobile.
