To provide operational, administrative, and financial leadership and support to the
City management, City Council, and City employees.
The Administrative Services Director is the chief financial officer of the City. The Director is appointed by, and answers directly to, the City Manager, and functions as a member of the Manager’s administrative staff. As a member of the Manager’s administrative team, the Administrative Services Director identifies funding for operations, as well as special projects for the entire organization.
Administrative Services is comprised of seven divisions including: Administration & Budget, Accounting, Purchasing, Municipal Court Services, City Hall Maintenance, Human Resources, Customer Services, and Technology Services. Each division has a manager, and it is the Director’s responsibility to ensure that all of the divisions function efficiently and effectively.
