These goals were set at a Council retreat on August 28, 2010.

4. Downtown / Riverfront Revitalization
• Promote private enterprise (RV park, convenience store)
• Promote Riverfront Master Plan

5. Maintain / Upgrade Facilities and Equipment
• Funding for park maintenance
• Maintenance of baseball fields
6. Explore Revenue Sources and Job Growth
