Councilmember Gary Roach was re-elected to the 4th District council seat on April 6th, 2010.

Gary sold automotive parts for over 30 years. A lifelong resident of St. Joseph, Gary attributes winning the election to being able to listen to the people and following up on their requests.

Councilmember Roach is the Council Streets & Infrastructure Representative.
