pages are filled out.

This form is used by Not-for-Profit organizations for temporary events.
A 501C-3 or 501C-6 form must accompany the application.
Liquor Licenses
Any establishment within the City of St. Joseph must obtain a liquor license through the Customer Assistance Center prior to opening for business. New businesses may use the instructions below. Please see St. Joseph Code of Ordinance Chapter 4 to view all St. Joseph Liquor License requirements.
You are also required to obtain a Business license and Fire Inspection Permit. If your business is selling food or has an alarm system, additional permits may be required. Existing businesses will be sent a renewal notice each year on or around May 1st and are due on or before June 30th. Instructions will also accompany each renewal. If there are any changes to the operations of the business, you must contact the Customer Services Division. This includes change of site address, change of corporate status/ownership, change of managing officer, etc.

Catering Permits may be obtained by filling out the Catering Permit Application at least 5 business days prior to the event . These are for businesses with current liquor licenses who may go to another location to serve liquor on a temporary basis. The fee is $15.00 per day. Please see Code of Ordinance Section 4-104 for further details.
Picnic/Festival Permits may be obtained by filling out the Festival Permit Application at least 5 business days prior to the event. Not-for-profits organizations must obtain these permits for each event in which liquor is served. A corporate 501C-3 or 501C-6 must also accompany each application. The fee for this event is $37.50 per event. Please see Code of Ordinance Section 4-203 for further details.
